We are looking for a Senior ERP Consultant, to join our ERP delivery team in a client facing role. You will be joining our talented delivery team and working on exciting projects across our broad client base.

Location & Commitments

  • Permanent contract
  • Full-time 37.5 Hours
  • Location: dependent upon where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey
  • We offer a hybrid working environment and are flexible in our approach, however there must be a willingness to travel, and we expect employees to travel to our offices and client sites when necessary
  • Security Clearance (SC) is desirable; where this is not held candidates must be willing to go through this process. Standard Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles


Areas of Responsibility

  • Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead/engage with clients on ERP transformation/change programmes
  • Demonstrate your focus on the client relationship
  • Analyse their situation, and follow-up with a solution
  • Work with clients to structure their ERP function
  • Scope and run ERP elements of projects/programmes
  • Provide insight, innovation and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across ERP
  • Contribute to planning, scoping and shaping the ERP elements of projects and programmes
  • Demonstrate stakeholder and client management

Person Spec | Skills & Experience
  • Skills and experience you’ll need to:
  • Have experience of at least 4 full cycle implementation projects
  • Be a fully or part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent)
  • Have over 2 years’ experience in any of the following roles:
    • Accounts Payable Clerk/Supervisor
    • Accounts Receivables Clerk/Supervisor
    • Accountant (management, project or cost accountant)
    • Finance analyst
    • Finance Business Partner
    • Any role equivalent to the above with experience in finance management
  • Have demonstratable cross-functional knowledge of Oracle ERP financial modules
  • Be familiar with working with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
  • Be a team player
  • Demonstrate solution ownership for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials

Bonus points if you have:

  • An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes
  • Experience of multiple industry sectors (Local and Central Government is a plus)
  • Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on premise
  • Experience of at least one delivery project Oracle ERP project, either Cloud or EBS
  • Oracle Cloud Financials configuration experience
  • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials (GL, AR, AP)
  • Relevant certifications for Oracle ERP Cloud


Remuneration Package

  • Remuneration varies accordingly to role, but generally the package consists of:
  • Basic salary
  • Eligibility to enrol into the Company auto-enrolment pension scheme (within 3 months of commencing employment). The Company will contribute 3% based upon gross salary only; your contributions will be based upon by UK government legislation (Currently looking to increase the company pension contributions to 5% from 1st June 2023)
  • Annual leave entitlement of 25 days per annum plus Bank Holidays. Our holiday year runs in line with our accounting period from 1st June to 31st May
  • Eligibility to participate in the employee utilisation scheme (The Employee Utilisation Scheme is non-contractual and may be subject to change or removal at the sole discretion of the Directors. Further information on how you have opportunity to potentially achieve these earnings will be discussed once you have joined the Company and objectives and targets have been set)
  • You could earn up to an additional 10% of your gross basic salary per annum paid over three instalments across the preceding financial year
  • Internal recruitment initiative – £3K reward per experience hire after 6 months’ successful probation period; £1K reward per apprentice/graduate hire after 6 months’ successful probation period
  • Certified training in both ServiceNow and Oracle SaaS Cloud
